Order Processing Time
All orders are processed once payment has been received. Please allow 12 working days for your order to be prepared.

For custom orders, coloured hair, or HD lace, please allow an additional 8–9 working days for processing.

Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been received by us, it will be dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 1–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed)

  • Europe: 3–7 working days (FedEx)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Delivery Policy
All orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel may be redirected or held by the courier.
